WHY THE RIDGE MATTERS

Healthy Leaders Make Healthy Churches.

The Ridge will serve as a hub to strengthen the emotional and spiritual health of Christian leaders across the U.S. and beyond. Leaders will experience ongoing care that heals, equips, sends, and sustains them through a lifetime of ministry.

When leaders lack support, entire churches and communities feel the impact. The Ridge is our response.

What Leaders Are Facing

Those Who Pour Out Need a Place to Be Poured Into

Christian leaders face complex and unprecedented pressures, exhaustion, isolation, and burdens. Many spend their lives pouring themselves out for others yet rarely have a safe place and intentional means to be poured into. Without intervention, leaders risk falling into unhealthy patterns that lead to burnout, sin, hindrances, and decreased impact for the Church.

The Ridge will be a place where leaders step away from pressure and step into healing, clarity, and renewed calling.

OUR PARTNERSHIP STORY

Two Ministries. One Heartbeat.

For over 35 years, Go Ministries has existed to empower local leaders to make disciples. For more than 30 years, Blessing Ranch Ministries has existed to restore, renew, and equip Christian leaders for effective Kingdom service. After years of relationship, both ministries realized they were carrying the same burden: Leaders everywhere need care, support, and renewal. In partnership, we are creating The Ridge.

In an unmistakable act of provision, 195 acres in Simpsonville, Kentucky became available—and The Ridge was born.

This marks a defining new chapter: a place where leaders will heal, be equipped, be sent, and be sustained for lifelong ministry.

The Ridge will serve as a hub for pastoral health and leadership development creating whole leaders, stronger churches, and greater impact. We will provide services that integrate preventative care, restoration, spiritual renewal, and leadership formation
